Summers County 68, Richwood 7: Class AA No. 11 Summers County jumped out to a 41-0 halftime lead and cruised past Richwood 68-7 Friday.
Matt Ryan rushed for 157 yards and scored four times (39, 39, 13, 43), while Greg Shrewsbury cracked the century mark for the first time this season gaining 102 yards and scoring two touchdowns (7, 12) to lead the Bobcats.
Ryan also tossed a touchdown pass to Dakota Thomas and Dillon Smith added a one-yard run for a score. Jacob Persiani added the final score, a 22-yard run in the fourth quarter for the Bobcats.
Summers County (7-2) hosts Mount View Friday and Richwood (1-8) travels to Nicholas County.
