Mount View no match as Meadow Bridge prevails
MEADOW BRIDGE — Meadow Bridge used their power running game to run past Mount View 38-12 Friday night at Frank Arritt Stadium.
After the Golden Knights closed the gap to two after the first quarter with a 53-yard run by Maurice Brown, the game became the Alex Redden show.
Redden scored on three touchdown runs (6, 52 and 75) to put the game out of reach for Meadow Bridge. Redden finished the night with 179 yards on 10 carries.
Brown rounded out the scoring for the Golden Knights with a 35-yard touchdown pass from Teddy Hazzard.
James Kincaid had two fumble recoveries for the Wildcats.
